Warren Kleiner, a partner with the firm Shibley Righton LLP in Toronto, focuses on condominium law.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University, before earning his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1999. Mr. Kleiner was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000.

In his real estate law practice, Mr. Kleiner assists condominium boards and management companies on matters relating to condominium governance.

He reviews and advises on the Condominium Act, declarations, bylaws and rules, and all agreements related to condominium law. He also advises on liens and proceedings involving owner-condominium relationships and on issues involving shared facilities and related agreements.

In addition, Mr.Kleiner has authored articles on condominium-related topics for publications including the Condo Voice and Real Estate News.

He has lectured at the Law Society of Ontario and the Toronto Condo Show and was an instructor for the bar admission course real estate section.

Mr. Kleiner is a member and has conducted seminars for the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, and is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
