Sarita Samaroo, founder and principal of SST Law Firm in Toronto, focuses on real estate, business and estate law.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in political science and a Certificat De Francais Pratique from Western University in 2003, Ms. Samaroo earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent in England in 2005. She received her Certificate of Qualification in Law from the National Committee on Accreditation after completing her studies at the University of New Brunswick in 2008. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.

Providing clients with assistance with real estate transactions, Ms. Samaroo handles commercial buildings and properties, transfer of title, re-finance transactions, commercial leases, and residential and commercial closings for new and re-sale homes and condominiums for purchaser or vendor.

As part of her business law practice, Ms. Samaroo assists clients with the sale and purchase of business assets and goodwill as well as the sale and purchase of a franchise.

In her estate law practice, she handles wills and estates, powers of attorney for property and personal care, health-care directives, survivorship, and transmission applications.

Ms. Samaroo has been invited to speak at First Time Home Buyer seminars at the branch level with RBC and CIBC, as well as at a Retirement and Financial Planning course at Ryerson University.

She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association, and South Asian Bar Association.
