Ryley Learning provides workplace education and compliance products. They offer animated and digital learning for the workplace to meet safety regulations and compliance requirements and provide employees with workplace education.

Designed for mobile access, Ryley Learning digital workplace education can be completed on smart devices, tablets or computers. The Learning Management System can track employees’ progress and completion rates using real-time analytics and reporting.

Courses are designed and created by Bay Ryley, a Toronto-based employment and human rights lawyer, in partnership with a digital learning production company.

In her law career, Ms. Ryley focuses on advocacy and policy work in human rights and employment law, professional regulation, and public inquiries at law firms and in government legal practice. She provides advice and litigation support to both employers and employees on workplace law matters.

Ms. Ryley is an Executive Member of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour & Employment Law Section and speaks at legal and industry conferences on workplace human rights matters.
