Patrick Greco, a partner with the law firm Shibley Righton LLP in Toronto, focuses on construction and real estate law.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in 2000 before earning his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003. Mr. Greco was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
With a litigation practice focusing on condominium law, Mr. Greco also assists with commercial, construction lien, real estate, and professional negligence disputes. He has assisted in the preparation of submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the License Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Municipal Board, the Child and Family Services Review Board, and other administrative bodies.
Mr. Greco writes and speaks on condominium and construction issues and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society, and the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association.
