Numan Bajwa, founder and principal of the Toronto-area firm DivorceGo, focuses on family and real estate law.
He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in criminology from the University of Windsor in 2008 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2014. Mr. Bajwa was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
Focusing on family law, Mr. Bajwa assists his clients with both litigation and negotiation. He handles such family law matters as domestic contracts, contested and uncontested divorces, divorce and separation agreements, foreign divorce opinion letters, and child support or child custody issues.
In addition, Mr. Bajwa handles real estate transactions for residential purchase or sale and spousal transfer of title transactions.
He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association.
