Jill Edwards, partner with the Oakville firm Edwards Pollard LLP, focuses on personal injury and disability law.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Toronto in 1993 and earned both her Bachelor of Education in 1995 and her Bachelor of Laws in 1999 from the University of Windsor. Ms. Edwards was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000.
Ms. Edwards assists with mediation and arbitration, negotiating settlements, and trials. She handles matters such as motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, cyclist collisions, and dog bites, as well as denied long-term disability benefits, catastrophic accident benefits, and denied life insurance claims.
Ms. Edwards is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Bar Association and the Halton County Law Association.
