Ian Hull named in expert directory
Toronto estates and trusts lawyer Ian M. Hull, co-founding partner with Hull & Hull LLP, has been recognized in the 2014 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as being most frequently recommended in estate and personal tax planning and estate litigation.
Hull, whose firm is certified as a specialist in both estates and trusts law and civil litigation, was called to the bar in 1990.
He is a prolific commentator on issues of estate and trusts matters whose opinion is widely sought and just as widely read. He was co-author of Probate Practice 4th Edition (Carswell), author of Power of Attorney Litigation (CCH), Challenging the Validity of Wills (Carswell) and Advising Families on Succession Planning: The High Price of Not Talking (LexisNexis).
