Hull to present at Law Society event

Toronto estates and trusts lawyer Ian M. Hull is set to present at this week’s Six-Minute Family Law Lawyer 2014 event, run by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Hull, co-founding partner with Hull & Hull LLP, and co-author of Probate Practice 4th Edition (Carswell), author of Power of Attorney Litigation (CCH), Challenging the Validity of Wills (Carswell) and Advising Families on Succession Planning: The High Price of Not Talking (LexisNexis), will present on the topic of Efficiency in Practice on Dec. 4 from 10:25-10:33 a.m.

The event will run from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, 130 Queen St. W. in Toronto. The Law Society will also offer a live webcast replay of the program with live chat on Dec. 19 from 1:30-5 p.m.
