Herschel Fogelman, founder and principal of the Toronto firm Fogelman Law, focuses on family law.

He graduated with his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1988 before being called to the Ontario Bar in 1990.

Mr. Fogelman assists clients with mediation, arbitration, advocacy, and private case management.

As a certified mediator, he handles alternative dispute resolution and has appeared as a litigator at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Mr. Fogelman has presented and lectured at the Ontario Bar Association, Osgoode Hall Law School, and The Advocates' Society.

He is a dispute resolution officer for the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and was an instructor with the family law section of the Bar Admission Course.

He was part of a team of lawyers, chosen by the Law Society of Ontario to draft the standardized separation agreement for use by all Ontario family law lawyers.

Mr. Fogelman is a former trustee of the Toronto Lawyers Association and a member of the Toronto Bench and Bar Committee.
