Gino Paciocco, founding partner of the Windsor-based Paciocco & Mellow, focuses on personal injury law.

He graduated from the University of Windsor with both a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in criminology in 2002 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2005. Mr. Paciocco was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.

With a practice focused on personal injury and insurance law, Mr. Paciocco has advised both insurers and plaintiffs on matters including car, truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and disability and insurance claims.

He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Appellate Courts of Ontario.

He is a member of the Essex Law Association, the Canadian and Italian Business Professional Association, and is part of the Brain Injury Litigation Network.
