Felice Kirsh, a partner with the Toronto firm Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP, focuses on estate litigation and mediation.

She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986.

For more than 25 years, Ms. Kirsh has handled estate litigation and mediation, including contested wills, trustee disputes, passing of accounts, will interpretations, dependent support claims, Family Law Act claims, and mental incompetency litigation. She is a certified specialist in the area of estates and trusts law.

Ms. Kirsh is a speaker and has chaired programs for the Law Society of Ontario. She has written and presented papers for professional and educational organizations, including Osgoode Hall School of Continuing Legal Education and the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners Canada on topics such as limitation periods in will challenges, claims against the estate by spouses under the Family Law Act, and special considerations for attorneys for property.

Outside of her legal work, Ms. Kirsh is on the board of directors of Trails Youth Initiatives, an organization that helps vulnerable youth.
