Eric Gossin, a partner with the Toronto firm Devry Smith Frank LLP, focuses on mediation and arbitration, corporate and commercial law, and estate, family and real estate law.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in 1970, before earning both his Bachelor of Education in 1972 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1975 from Queen’s University. Mr. Gossin was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977.
As a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Gossin practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and estate, family and real estate law. He assists with matters such as dispute resolution and negotiates family and business conflicts.
In addition, Mr. Gossin has completed the advanced certificate program in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at the University of Windsor. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and was on the panel of mediators for Fee Dispute Resolution at the Canadian Bar Association.
He is a member of the ADR executive section, as well as a member of the family law section of the Ontario Bar Association.
