Daniel Bernstein, a founding member with the Toronto firm Weltman, Bernstein, focuses on real estate, business, and estate law.

He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1980, before earning his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1984. Mr. Bernstein was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986.

In practice for more than 30 years, Mr. Bernstein assists his clients with residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law matters.

He is a past instructor of the Law Society of Ontario’s Bar admission course in real estate, wills and estates, and legal writing.

Mr. Bernstein is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Lawyer Referral Service.
