Chaim Sapirman, partner with the Toronto firm Torkin Manes LLP, focuses on business law, corporate finance and banking.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics from York University in 2003 before earning his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006. Mr. Sapirman was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
Although his practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, Mr. Sapirman has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and secured lending transactions.
He provides commercial advice to clients and assists them with implementing acquisitions or sales of businesses, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, and private placements.
Mr. Sapirman handles share and asset acquisitions, dispositions and corporate reorganizations, and assists borrowers and lenders with implementing secured lending facilities and various loan transactions.
He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
