Andrew M. Lee
Andrew M. Lee, founder and principal of the Toronto-based firm Lee & Associates, focuses on personal injury law.
Mr. Lee graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in political science and history in 1989 and earned his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994.
Founding his firm in 2006, Mr. Lee exclusively represents injured clients and their families involved in compensation claims with insurance companies. He handles matter related to motor vehicle and bicycle accidents, spinal cord and brain injuries, slip and falls, dog bites, food illness claims, product liability, wrongful death, and long-term disability.
Before launching his own law firm, Mr. Lee represented both insurance companies and injured plaintiffs while working with an insurance defence and personal injury litigation firm in Toronto. He handled tort claims and accident benefits claims arising from car accidents, slip and falls, product liability claims, and food illness claims and appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and at all levels of the Ontario Superior Court.
