Hull, Popovic-Montag to speak at ‘Six-Minute Estates Lawyer 2017’
Toronto estates and trusts litigator Ian Hull is set to co-chair the upcoming "Six-Minute Estates Lawyer 2017" program, presented by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
On May 8, Hull, co-founding partner of Hull & Hull LLP, and fellow presenters will provide attendees with a comprehensive summary and analysis of legislative developments, recent case law, and best practices.
Toronto estates and trusts lawyer Suzana Popovic-Montag, managing partner of Hull & Hull LLP, will also speak at the event, presenting a session on "Delineation of Roles Between Lawyers and Estate Trustee" from 11:22 – 11:29 a.m.
The program will run from 9 a.m. – noon at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, located at 130 Queen St. W. in Toronto and is eligible for two hours 30 minutes of Substantive and 30 minutes of Professionalism CPD content.
