Will Davidson LLP to host seminar on experts in PI trials

Will Davidson LLP will host an upcoming seminar on how to handle experts in personal injury trials.

The free event, entitled Experts at Trial: How to Maximize (or Minimize) their Effectiveness, will be held on Sept. 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 20 Toronto St. in Toronto.

Managing partner Gary Will will kick off the fourth annual event with a welcome and introduction. He will also take part in the 1 p.m. judges panel — along with justices Todd Archibald and Grant Dow — entitled Ethical Issues with Experts at Trial.

Associate Meghan Walker will speak about Preserving Vital Evidence, while associate Joel Cormier will participate in a session called The Presentation of an Expert Witness at Trial.

Associate Samantha Shatz will join partner Paul Cahill in Examination of an Obstetrician in a Medical Malpractice Action, which also includes Dr. Jon Barrett from Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
