Kirsh to participate in panel discussion on validity of gifts
Toronto estate litigator Felice Kirsh will participate in a panel discussion on the validity of gifts at the upcoming B’nai Brith Estates and Trusts CLE Seminar for Lawyers and Accountants.
On May 23, Kirsh, partner with Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP, and fellow panelists will explore the topic as it relates to an attorney for property while the donor/grantor is of questionable capacity. The discussions will follow a live vignette format featuring fictional litigants and modeled on estate planning family meetings.
The event runs from 7:30 am – noon at the Shaarei Shomayim Synagogue, 470 Glencairn Ave. in Toronto and qualifies for CPD credit by the Law Society of Upper Canada. The cost of this program is $118 plus HST.
