Cohen to speak at Crown Counsel Summer School
Toronto fertility lawyer Sara Cohen is set to share her expertise on emerging issues in fertility law with crown counsel for the Province of Ontario at this year’s Crown Counsel Summer School, hosted by the Ministry of the Attorney General’s Legal Services Division.
As part of the “Cradle to Grave” program on June 17, Cohen, founder of Fertility Law Canada at D2Law LLP, will host a presentation from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. in classroom 1009 of the Michael DeGroote Centre for Learning and Discovery at Hamilton’s McMaster University.
In addition to fertility law, the “Cradle to Grave” program will also explore medical decision-making (for children and the incapable), assisted suicide, as well as litigation and policy issues that arise on family dissolution.
The program will run from June 16 – 18.
