Gadhia to discuss pre-trial conferences at LSUC paralegal program

Toronto criminal lawyer Roots Gadhia will share her insights on Crown and judicial pre-trial conferences at the Paralegal Practice Basics: Criminal Law program on May 31, hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC).

Gadhia’s presentation will run from 10:05 – 10:30 a.m. at the event, which integrates basic legal concepts with practice management tips from mentors.

The program will explore the steps involved in a criminal law file, in order to give attendees a solid understanding of the process, from the initial meeting with the client to appearing at trial.

The event will run from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, located at 130 Queen St. W. in Toronto, or via live webcast.

The program is eligible for two hours 30 minutes of Substantive and one hour of Professionalism CPD content.
