Neuberger to share insights on trial preparation at LSUC event

Toronto criminal lawyer Joseph Neuberger will share tips for trial preparation with attendees at the upcoming Paralegal Practice Basics: Criminal Law program, hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC).

On May 31 from 10:55 – 11:35 a.m., Neuberger, partner with Neuberger & Partners LLP, will present a session entitled, "Trial Preparation and Conducting the Trial" at the event, which aims to integrate basic legal concepts with practice management tips from mentors.

Speakers will discuss the steps involved in a criminal law file, in order to give attendees a solid understanding of the process, from the initial meeting with the client to appearing at trial.

The event will run from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, located at 130 Queen St. W. in Toronto, or via live webcast.

The program is eligible for two hours 30 minutes of Substantive and one hour of Professionalism CPD content.
