Toronto Lawyers Association’s fall series of Articling Student programs
The TLA provides a number of programs every September/October that are designed to help Articling Students succeed. They are especially useful for students in small firms where they do not receive structured training.
— Articling Students Head Start Program: What they didn’t teach you in law school: practical advice for successful articles will be offered on Thursday, September 17, 2015
— Drafting Winning Motion Materials is on Wednesday, September 9, 2015
— Articling Students and Master’s Motions is scheduled for Thursday, October 8th
— The final program on October 8th will be followed by a Wine & Cheese in the Courthouse Library
All events are held at the TLA facilities in the 361 University Avenue Courthouse, which is easily accessible by subway or on foot for those in downtown Toronto.
Membership in the Toronto Lawyers Association is free of charge for Articling Students.
