Kirsh recognized as leading estate litigator
Toronto trusts and estates lawyer Felice Kirsh has been recognized in the 2015 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as one of the most consistently recommended practitioners in the area of estate litigation.
Kirsh, partner with Schnurr Kirsh Schnurr Oelbaum Tator LLP, represents beneficiaries, estate trustees, estate claimants and attorneys under powers of attorney in a wide range of disputes and litigious matters, and also acts as a mediator throughout Ontario.
Called to the bar in 1986, Kirsh has chaired programs for the Law Society of Upper Canada and has written and presented papers for many professional and educational organizations, including the Law Society of Upper Canada, Osgoode Hall School of Continuing Legal Education, and the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners Canada.
She is also a Certified Specialist in the area of estates and trusts law.
